These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Monerail, including the website at www.monerail.com, the dashboard, the API, the sandbox and the documentation (together, the "Services"). Monerail is operated by Rollo Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation with its office at 1111B S Governors Ave, Suite 59264, Dover, DE 19904, United States ("Monerail", "we", "us").
By opening an account or using the Services, the business you represent ("you") agrees to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Monerail is a technology company. We are not a bank, an e-money institution or a payment institution, and we do not hold customer funds.
Accounts, foreign exchange, collections and payouts are provided by our licensed payment partners. Cards are issued by a licensed card-issuing partner under a license from Visa or Mastercard. Each partner provides its services under its own terms, which are presented to you during onboarding and form part of your agreement.
The Services are available to legally registered businesses only. Access to live mode requires a verification of your business, its directors and its beneficial owners (KYB), carried out by us and our partners.
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and you agree to keep it up to date. We or our partners may refuse, limit or close an account where the law or our risk policies require it.
Depending on your country and your agreement, the Services may include mobile money collections, payouts to mobile money wallets and local bank accounts, balances held with our licensed payment partners, virtual cards for your team, your customers and your AI agents, and spend controls.
Availability of each product, currency and payment method varies by country and may change. Test mode lets you explore the Services with simulated data; no real funds move in test mode.
Funds shown in your Monerail balances are held by our licensed partners in safeguarded or segregated accounts, in accordance with the rules that apply to them. Balances do not earn interest.
You can withdraw your available balance using the methods shown in the dashboard, subject to pending transactions, reserves required by our partners and applicable law.
You must not use the Services for any activity that is illegal, fraudulent or prohibited by our partners or by the card networks, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion and the purchase of prohibited goods or services.
You are responsible for the activity of your users, your cardholders and the AI agents you connect to Monerail, and for the rules and limits you set for them.
You must keep your credentials and API keys secure, restrict access to authorised people, enable two-factor authentication and tell us immediately at contact@monerail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
If you offer Monerail products to your own customers, you must comply with the information, consent and compliance requirements we communicate to you.
Fees are those shown on our Pricing page or agreed in writing with you. Prices displayed during early access are indicative and are confirmed in your agreement. Fees are deducted from your balance unless agreed otherwise, and we will give you reasonable notice before any change.
We may suspend all or part of the Services, freeze cards or hold transactions if we reasonably suspect fraud, a breach of these terms, a legal requirement or a request from one of our partners or an authority.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Your available balance will be returned to you, less any amounts owed.
The Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Mandatory consumer or local laws that cannot be excluded continue to apply.
We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.
