Pricing questions

Is there a monthly fee?

No. The Business plan has no monthly fee and no minimum. You pay per transaction, as shown in the fee schedule.

How do I see the exchange rate?

Every conversion and cross-currency payout shows the rate and the fee before you confirm. Quotes can be locked through the API.

Are failed payouts or declined requests charged?

No. Returned payouts are credited back to your balance and declined agent requests are free.

How am I billed?

Fees are deducted from your Monerail balance, with a detailed monthly statement.
