This policy explains how Rollo Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation with its office at 1111B S Governors Ave, Suite 59264, Dover, DE 19904, United States ("Monerail", "we") processes personal data when you visit www.monerail.com, contact us or use the Services. Account data: name, work email, role, phone number and security settings. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
Business verification data (KYB): company details, registration documents, directors and beneficial owners, and identity checks of those people.
Transaction data: balances, payments in and out, recipients, card details and card activity. Full card numbers are held by our certified card-issuing partner.
Technical data: logs, IP address, device and browser information, and the cookies needed to run the site and dashboard.
To provide and secure the Services; to verify businesses and meet anti-money laundering, sanctions and fraud prevention obligations; to answer your requests; to inform you about changes to the Services; and to improve our products using aggregated statistics.
Performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interest in securing and improving the Services, and your consent where it is required.
Your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
Account data is kept for as long as your account is open. Verification and transaction data is kept for the period required by anti-money laundering laws after the end of our relationship, usually five to ten years.
